Housing Update
Signed papers on the Ladd's Addition house this evening. Went back for a second look, and feel better about the commute, farmers' market & grocery proximity, and the landlord herself, who inspires confidence. Plus, negotiated slight rent decrease, which is nice.
Feeling pretty guilty about not taking the place closer to Janine & Kat & Nate, but had to weigh everyday necessities (commute, food, midwife) over the fun stuff that we'll figure out how to do anyway.
The house is super cool, though, and I'm really looking forward to moving in Sept. 1.
