ten things to do when you're bored

1. Mess around with my keyboard.  By which, to clarify, I mean the musical kind, not the computer kind.  Her name is Lauren and she's my baby.  One of them.  (I name all of my electronics.)  Mostly just playing other people's stuff, other songs I love, sometimes learning them by ear and sometimes by sheet music.  I'm still working on being able to coax melodies out of myself.

2. Streak my hair.  I'm kinda fond of just doing one streak of some ridiculous color right behind my bangs.  Lately I've been feeling cherry-red.  Or purple.

3. Paint my nails.  Again, ridiculous colors only.  Clears and pastels need not apply.

4. Hairbrush/mirror/iTunes karaoke.  'Nuff said.

5. Use my employee discount to fortify myself with hot chocolate.  Yay for cheap hot chocolate.  In my opinion, it's better than coffee.  *gasp* I said it, yes.

6. Write.

7. Look up random fashion or art movements on Wikipedia.  The histories of them and social contexts?  Really cool.

8. Internet shopping.  For when you want to make an impulse buy but are too lazy to get off your ass.

9. Go wander around the Village.

10. Draw cracky cartoons of various fictional characters in ridiculous situations.   Yeeeeah.
