Did you know that ipods have this delightful little option called "Sleep Timer" that allows you to go to sleep lulled by your favourite songs without the risk of leving your prescious on all night? I discovered it recently, and since I've always had sleeping problems I decided to give it a try.
It seems to be working a bit :)
These are some of my favourite anti-insomnia songs, there's no particular theme to them, but they're mostly slow and slighltly angsty, and of course there are actual lullabyes...I don't know if it's because of my lifelong history of wacky sleep patterns or if it's just a bad case of regression but I've always had a strange fetish for lullabyes.
And strange Christmas songs. *blushes*
