Ink City Halloween Party!

[Hello, citizens of Ink City! If you aren't a basement dweller, you may notice a huge sign saying “INK CITY COSTUME PARTY TODAY” in front of a large building decorated with jack o lanterns, fake cob webs, fake spiders, and other Halloween related decorations. If you walked up to the building, there is another sign that says “Come on in!”.

*Inspiration comes in all forms. In Ichi's case, she's decided to follow a whim and pattern her costume after some of her new friends -- Twilight and Rarity!*

*...And Fluttershy too, even though she's not here anymore. Which still seems strange to her. All this fuss about everyone being trapped, and yet she leaves without a word? It must be because she found her way out during all that chaos before. That's the only explanation that makes a lick of sense

Oh, thank you! I just think this city needs some lightening up every now and then.

[Kind of ironic, considering her "costume". She's going as her brother, in a way! All of her colors are either muted to pure-white, grey or black. But there's still a little hint of color in there.]

I, uh.. kind of helped out with that.

[She giggles, discreetly pointing across the room to her brother.. who is completely colorful. His hair is dyed in a rainbow, his clothes are splattered with color, even his skin is a little more lively than usual. He doesn't look like the happiest camper, but she somehow convinced him to come!]
