[The lights of the city shone dimly as Link sat in the park. As usual, it wasn't the lights that were attracting his attention, but the stars. He seemed to be entranced by them, gazing at the familiar constellations that he grew up watching in Kokiri Forest. Link wasn't one to dwell on things, but his thoughts kept redirecting to Kafei's words.
"To be honest, I still don't trust you very much."
That sentence rang in Link's oversized ears. He could understand some suspicion if he had been a shady person, but on more than one occasion he had tried to bond with Kafei and it fell on deaf ears. And they were from the same land (Or so he thought)! Hylians should stick together. As these thoughts collect in his mind, he runs his finger along the grass, feeling it's soft texture. Navi could sense Link's depressed mood and came out of his hat, rubbing up against his cheek.
The hero gave a slight smile and cupped a hand around the fairy, 'patting' her head to let her know he was fine. Continuing to hold her, he looked back up at the stars.]
