A small art post
Realized the other day that I haven't posted anything since my big absentee dump. Haven't been able to work on/finish most anything, I was able to crack down on one of my older OCs, one I know I haven't posted before.
He belongs to Flame. Of whom is responsible for Zombie's chronic case of The Dead as well as name. Zombie's one of the prototypes from before the scientist perfected the rest of zombie hordes. While smarter than the later versions in terms of problem solving, he's still lacking quite a bit in the cortex.
Case in point. He's been staring at that metronome, completely enthralled, for the past six hours.
He has continually cracked denta from constantly chewing on things, as that poor table can attest to. Up to and including himself at times depending how bored he is or how annoyed he is at the replacement parts he's given, which is where his one finger went. His left optic transitions between static, scrolling error messages, and the Blue Screen of Death. And every now and then he suddenly dies. As in, he drops on the spot, loses all signs of life and unlife, fades to grey, and looks like every other corpse you expect to be properly dead. Then he gets better.
He utterly adores the mad scientist. Unaware of the fact that Flame experimented on him after finding his deactivated frame from the first time he died. Simply one of the many countless lives taken by the course of the war. His alt mode is a computer, though after he started getting parts replaced (he's kinda lost his self preservation skills) he hasn't been able to transform thanks to the mismatched parts.
One of the classic zombie traits he carries is his eating of the living. He'll either try to eat a bot or rip into them for parts. Unless of course Flame sent him out to fetch a new subject for his experiments, then he just gnaws a bit on them after taking them out.
There's more I have for him, somewhere. I just need to find it all again. But yeah, my one OC who is completely dependent on a canon character and he's more of a pet than anything else. One that runs errands and lets Flame experiment on him, but still very much treated as a nonperson by the guy who brought him back to life. Well, unlife.
