He's more the mid-canon in the madness that is Springfield, after Brother From Another Series, and before The Italian Bob--directly before, he's finished most of The Great Louse Detective, but hasn't sung his "I'm Accustomed to His Face" yet. He's really a very personable guy, as long as he's away from certain spiky-haired demon.
