[Action] -Shadow #4- A special message!
[Today those of you passing by the fountain will see Crmsn putting up a new sign. Whistling while he happily puts it up. Simple and made from what might have been some spare wood from something in his garage...along with a few scraps he'd picked up from the warehouse. Though it looks like he's sanded them and made sure they were even, an ode to his anal retentiveness. Wasn't that it needed to be neat, it's just an old habit that it had to be neat.

I bring to you a treasure hunt! A wonderful, brilliant treasure hunt involving one Mayoral Sash! Since our most gracious host has thought that time is of no importance and decided to leave me unattended to my own devices, I see it's time to spur the populace with a game! If you can find our dear Mayors Sash before him you, yes YOU who is reading this, and are not Oscar, get to choose the next hiding place for the sash! Here are the rules set forth by the first finder of this sash that were passed down to me:
"Rule one, no one can see you moving it or know you have it."
"Rule two, it can't be hidden anywhere outside the city limits."
"Rule three, if you relocate it you have to leave a very cryptic clue in every place it was last left to hint where it might have moved to. The more infuriatingly obvious once you hear the answer but not before, the better."
"Rule four, it has to be hidden to the left of something."
"If any of these are broken you get to take a penalty. Meaning another rule gets added - if I'm not around, whoever caught you earlier or, a certain red nosed puppy dog child in slacks, can happily add one."
I have had a month to play with these rules and as I've not been caught, there is, are, and probably will be more, infuriating clues for you to search through to get this sash!
That being said, here is the first clue! I know you've all been curious about.
"Find me spinning very fast, to the left of the 1, we'll have a blast."

He set it up and dusted off the front of the new sign and nodded, standing back to admire it. Yup. This sign was going to lead to some heavy duty mischief, and he couldn't wait. He might have to start switching up the hiding place more than once a week, if people were sneaky enough. As an after thought he tags on a sticky note after his name.
PS to the Mayor: If you find it, it's yours, but I gave you a month, and now I'm upping the stakes. It's all in good fun Mayor~<3
