To found, or not to found?
Went searching through the groups listed under interest "microfiction." Most are anime fanfic. Another is based on the premise of taking lines from a comic strip and building a story around them.
One looked halfway promising, but I can't get behind the underlying philosophy -- that microfiction is a vehicle for working out kinks in writing longer works. (My take: It's a worthwhile end in itself.)
So, the question: Do I found a group based on my ideals -- and hope it takes off without me? (I am, I have come to realize, no good at administration.)
Or, do I just keep this up solo?
