I am an aspiring tattoo artist....im trying to put together a portfolio........but i need inspiration.

Does anyone know where i could find "new school" hindu/buddhist/catholic imagery and/or art? Any resources would be GREATLY appreciated.

Also...is it possible to have a job while apprenticing?

I've always been of the opinion that traditional Henna designs are a great source of inspiration. Catherine Cartwright-Jones, the leading authority on henna designs, has put some of her work on her website, which can be found here.
