Just when I thought my world is crashing into pieces, the good Lord has given me blessings to help me believe that life isn't that unfair as i imagined it would be.
Remember my previous post about the issues I'm going through? Well, I finally found the solutions to all of that--without having to find a boyfriend!
FIRST, I am definitely going to Paramore's concert! My friend Andeng has friends (who is also my brother's girlfriend's friends) who are willing to go with me (not really, but they invited me to come along) to watch the concert with them! Isn't that awesome? I mean, if not for them, I would have regretted not seeing my favorite band play! Now, my only problem is to buy the ticket before it runs out!
SECOND, I am going to Boracay! Remember the Baguio thing? Well, my mother (my awesome mother) has decided to just go to Boracay instead of Baguio. And seriously, I am super OKAY with that! She got two free roundtrip tickets (courtesy of Standard Charter) in any Domestic destination. We might as well make use of it before it expires. Oh, I can't wait for March 26 to come.
THIRD, I passed the Civil Service Examination. Not a big deal, really. Simply put, I can now work for the government (not that I'm patriotic, but the benefits (money matters) of a government employee is enough for me to avail a house loan (or car loan for that matter). But seriously, the government is really generous with their workers. How do I know? Oh well, my Mom and my Dad are both working for the government.
I've never really thought that my prayers would be easily answered. God is really great. I'm not saying this just because He granted me my wishes, but whenever I feel like the world is giving up on me, He always reminds me that things will always turn out just fine. Who would have though that lots of thing will happen in two days? Isn't He awesome?
