Canine Kayaking Trip
Three posts in one night, damn.
I forgot to mention Mackenzie and I are going kayaking on the Rio Grande River next week. I'm like insanely excited about it. She even got a little pink life vest with flowers on it (she hates it, of course).
I have no idea what to expect. As you may have guessed by now my dear friends, Jen did not grow up hiking, biking, or kayaking. I love playing outside, don't get me wrong, but outdoorsy activities were never part of my childhood... or adulthood.
I've never been camping, fishing, hiking (unless you count hiking to class through the hills and gorges at Cornell), or on a boat at all for that matter.
But we'll see what happens. Maybe Mackenzie and I will stay on land and guard the cooler.
