am literally writing this post with rage.  Rage.  As I think I have stated here many times, I support the troops by NOT supporting this war.  I am doing everything I can think of, voting, blogging, emailing and calling my representatives to throw support of getting our people out of there.

And then thru
kiunedd and then
ae I find this crap.
This mass produced crap lets kids know that the place of happy magic and wonderment where their toys come from every year, the legendary North Pole, is now Iraq.  It subtly and mentally prepares children for the reality that this war, this conflict, isn't something that is going away.  In fact, the makers of this toy actively are willing this bloody conflict to continue, if only so they can sell more Camo-Santas.  Don't worry kids, Santa will bring you goodies and wonderment from Iraq.

What angers me more, is coming home from Austin on Sunday night late, I shared a flight with a wounded Iraq War Veteran coming home to Seattle.  He's got metal shards in his arm that cause him pain, and his back is bad.  Thankfully, he's not in a wheel chair, but he can no longer run.  I think of Sargent Thompson and then I see this.  It disgusts me as a person, as an American, and as a rational human being.

I

war, fucking america, santa
