moving on

I was beginning to think that I had moved on in my life from my younger days at Swansea University, so it came as a bit of a surprise yesterday to find myself eating pasta for tea while watching MTV2.

In my defence, the pasta sauce was from M&S, and I also had a salad and garlic bread with it, so I think that counts as progress...
