Further Wednesdayness
Slightly less frustrated now. Huzzah! Stuff finally seems to be working. it was a bit of a hectic morning, what with tryin to coordinate my movements across Europe, and then trying to explain to the snappy austrian lady that yes, I did know that Vienna and Salzburg weren't the same place. But now i seem to be just peachy! So life is good.
In other news- Crescendo gig on Saturday. Fun fun! Despite Dee comin on to my uncle :P Much was the ado gettin there tho. First Adam never showed with the tickets, charmer that he is, so Eoin offered to come up with them instead. So, we were waitin under the awning, huddling out of the rain, and these three men in their 30's tun to us, and are like "you on yer own girls?" So we just sorta ignored them, and then they started tryin to get one of us to score their friend. I thought people grew out of that at 13, but apparently not...
Rescued by Eoin, forever grateful, gig was great! Judges sucked however and only listened to ONE crescendo song before they decided they didn't like them. Grr and Argh. Adam then decided the best way to end the act would be to take off hs wifebeater and throw it at the crowd.... *ahem*
There was a bizarre band from Limerick too. Brought their own robot, and threw logoed panties at the crow cos they "liked to give something back." Guess livin on the edge made them a wee bit addled. Hilarous though. And their version of video killed the radio stars was fantastic!
