I wish it was 30fps constant; I paused the emulation because I couldn't get a decent screenshot (small graphic anomalies). Also notice the sound is disabled.

It's more like 5-10fps with all the bells and whistles on. :|
(But I get 20 during the loading screens!)

Well... haven't you tried an easier game to emulate? SotC has framerate problems of its own. Of course getting the PS2 emulator to run is great on its own. Congrats, and don't forget to patent it!
