I'm not going to let you see a dog starve to death by providing the protest page with images of the exhibit. Instead I'm giving you the link to sign the petition to stop this "artist" from killing anymore dogs in the name of "art".

a dog from the street,
tied him to a rope in an art gallery, and starved
him to death.
For several days, the 'artist' and the visitors of
the exhibition have
watched emotionless the shameful 'masterpiece' based
on the dog's agony,
until eventually he died.
But this is not all... the prestigious Visual Arts
Biennial of the Central
American decided that the 'installation' was
actually art, so that
Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat
his cruel action for the
biennial of 2008."

We can't have people kill animals and dismiss it as "creative expression"! Anyone who'd watch something like this is a flat out sick person and should be in jail, not sipping champagne!
This isn't art, it is MURDER!
