Rarely is the madness of repitition so well organized.
Sounded a lot like the need to exfoliate the third eye.

My spiritual life has been devoid for some time. I'm picking up the last thread I was following before I got distracted. This particular exercise is actually fairly simple. It only takes a few minutes to master the rudiments. Last year I incorporated it into an evening walk. I performed it "religiously" for a couple of weeks. It was potent. The weather and my existential angst are such that I feel compelled to start it again.
