Glad those aren't too often
Woke up yesterday morning with a massive headache, a combo of migraine and tension headache that went down into my neck and shoulder. Stayed home, which turned out to be just as well. I swear I didn't know it when I called in, but it was one of those disgustingly hot and humid days, and I would have been taking the bus that day.
Played FFXI, but not until after I'd had some ibuprofen and forced some lunch down, and even then I was ready to logout at the first twinge of it returning.
Farmed up Gold Orcmasks in Davoi. The drop rate is meh at best, and I think I need to get rid of the water energy in my MH because I broke 5 out of 8 on Lightningsday with advanced synth support. Now, part of that could be that my gold is only a L50, but I get the same problem on all desynths, including ones where I am well above the level.
Also killed the water elemental in CN for my bag o' seeds to replace my BLM AF feet, though I'm not going to finish that quest anytime soon.
Limbus was... icky. We did Kings, but Kono and I both rushed the first floor. Forgot we needed to keep killing ghosts until the portal opened. We killed one, killed the NM, popped all the chests, then headed to the portal only to find it not up. It was a mess, and 2 of us ended up dead on the first floor with no RR after everyone else had gone up.
The run turned out well in terms of coins, but I seriously need to rebuffer my BLM as I ended up having to HP.
