[You get a very nice view of the ceiling in the corridors, as Iago's carrying his communicator in his mouth. He managed to be out of his room when the flood hit, which was fortunate, as he really had no actual way of opening doors. But now he's bored and roaming. He accidentally turned on the video function on his way down the stairs

[A fox with black-and-gray fur comes trotting down a corridor, then halts mid-stride when he notices Iago. Both his ears prick forward, suddenly alert.]

[inhumandog]

[Iago paused when he caught sight of the other fox. With a pause, he tilted his head to the side, somewhat annoyed.] Who are you? [He was wary, but not overly alert. Even as a fox, he was lazy and arrogant.]

[systmadmin]

[Despite his best efforts, CLU is not having the easiest time maintaining control over the fox's instincts--particularly atop his own immense displeasure at being turned into this small creature in the first place.

His hackles raise a bit at the unknown fox, nose twitches, and the answer comes out as a testy growl:] CLU. [Tail swish, then a slow step forward.] Who are you?

[inhumandog]

[Iago held his ground, giving no sign of submission nor aggression.] That's not a name. [But he'd answer the question anyway.] Iago.

[systmadmin]

[His fox instincts demanded caution in unknown territory, but CLU pauses in his steps as he senses the other fox's lack of aggression towards him. Then both ears swivel back.

Not a name? Of course it's a name, User.] It's an acronym, as well as my given designation. So yes, it is a name.

[inhumandog]

[Hm. His tail swished idly as he considered this development.]

Oh, yes, of course. Why do I not know you?

[systmadmin]

[The black fox sits and regards Iago.] My arrival here was relatively recent.

[inhumandog]

Well, that would explain it. [He turned his ears to the side, listening. Waiting.]

You seem to have taken this change well enough.

[systmadmin]

[The comment gets a throaty chuckle. He'd been furious and completely agitated initially, enough to take it out on his comm and some couches. But that had been tempered after some time, and CLU had settled into seething inwardly for now.

So all Iago--and other Users--will get now is outwardly calm-and-in-control, with the occasional, bothersome lapse into fox instincts.]

Well enough; I would've preferred that it hadn't happened in the first place. [Pause, tail swish.] You seem at ease.

[inhumandog]

[Iago looked up to the ceiling, a fox version of an eyeroll.]

I've been through worse.

[systmadmin]

Ahh. [He'd heard the same sort of sentiment from another User as well. Then there is a small pause.]

Are you an inmate? Warden?

[inhumandog]

[Iago stood up again and began to walk around the other fox, not really caring if he followed or not. But he was twitching to do something. Sitting was driving him crazy.]

...Inmate. Where are you from? Certainly not earth.

[systmadmin]

[The motion caused the fox's ears to prick towards the other fox with interest, though CLU tried to stay in place and keep Iago in his sights. The fox in him, however, wanted to follow.]
