RANT
Grr i feel a rant is required. I just hate the way more and more businesses are going lately.. sorry but that'll be extra.. blah blah blah! Example.. I take my car in for it's 30,000 service today, already costing a mere snip at £265 ($500) for the service i say "Can you tighten up the handbrake for me." Ou that'll be extra... it depends if they have to tighten it up at the shoes or the cable, if it's the cable your looking another £30 pounds ($60) nd if it's the shoes maybe more.. ARRRRRRRRRGHHHHHHHHHHHHH what ever happened to good old customer service... i'm in there every 6 months due to my milage.. so much for being a valued customer... since i'm already spending a small fortune with you and you'll have the car up on the feking ramp with the wheels off etc WHY CAN'T YOU JUST BLOODY TIGHTEN THE HANDBRAKE FOR FEK ALL!!!!!! ARGGGGHhh... my last dealer before i moved would just do it as part of the service and if they weren't so far away i'd go back to taking it down there. Haaa slightly better.. I'd rather take the car round to an honest joe mechanic to get the brake tightened now and pay them the £30 quid rather than the money grabbing dealer...
(Before people say why don't i just take it honest joe first, it's easier to maintain the warranty at the dealer, they can't argue about quality of the service if theres a warranty claim ...)
