...a general rec comm out there, where people rec you stuff based on what you ask for?
I ask, because I have this urge to read an urban fantasy, but I absolutely detest vampires. Seriously. I was okay with them in Buffy and Hellsing, but by now I'm so sick and tired of the stupid bloodsucking corpses that I automatically drop anything (except Discworld) that has vampires in it.
I don't really like zombies, either.
So - urban fantasy without vampires in it?
