Hey guys,
I have a new cell phone number with Verizon now. It's 617-429-9228. Don't call the 540 number no more, cause there ain't nobody home. Unless you're calling my parents in Jeffersonton, in which case, they will be home. I think I have everyone's phone numbers already in my address book, but if you want to give me a call and leave a voicemail so I'm sure I have entered everyone correctly, that would be awesome.
I'm graduating in about a month (June 1st). So exciting! I'm think that I'm ready to leave; it's been a good four years, I've learned alot about myself, and I'm very excited to try something new outside of school. I'll let you know what that is when it's really pinned down.
Right now the serious stuff isn't very concrete, but the fun stuff I'll be doing after graduation sure is! I graduate June 1st, and Mom, Dad, Caroline, Gramma Caryl, Grandpa Tom, Marian, and Jack and his family are all coming up to Wellesley to see me cross the finish line.
I'll be travelling a lot for most of June and July, but I will be in Virginia the last week or so of July if anyone wants to hang. But my travel plans are rad--on the 6th of June I'm going to Trinidad and Tobago (islands in the southeastern part of the Caribbean) for a week with Shine and Ronnelle. I get back to Boston on the 13th, chill out for a couple days, and then I'm going to Southest Asia for 3 weeks. We're going to visit Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam, witha 3 day layover in Tokyo on the way there. I'm going to see Tokyo's Imperial Palace, shop in Harajuku, ride baby elephants in Ko Chang, eat a shitload of curry, see Angkor Wat, take a boat trip down the big river in Cambodia, sightsee in Saigon, and hopefully make my way up to the old French capital of Vietnam, Hanoi, before I fly back to the US. I'm really excited.
I'm psyched. Who needs a job when they have travel to subtropical locales during monsoon season?
In any case, I hope that everyone is doing well, and I look forward to seeing you again this summer. Megan and Alicia, good luck on graduating this year. Take care guys,
-js
