I can't believe this town! Isabella Elizabeth and India Marie warned us that dangerous things happen, but no one said there would singing, dancing, and being hauled down to the police station for lewd conduct! I can't believe I made such a scene, especially in public, and worse, India Marie was there to witness it. She's never going to let me live this down. I'll be surprised if she didn't take pictures of me being placed in the back of the police car with her cell phone.
She'll probably make sure everyone has copies of the pictures!
No charges were pressed against Trick or me, and I really think that Sgt. Jackass only took us in because he wanted to embarrass Trick. I hope he never gets those spaghetti stains out of his uniform.
The date was a total disaster, except for the few moments where Trick and I were just talking and not everyone's dinner entertainment. I'm horrified by how things ended up and I doubt he'll ever want to see me again, but how sad is it that he was the best date I've had, personality wise, in years?
I've been avoiding the subject and concentrating on working as many hours as Yuffie can spare. The less I see of anyone, the less likely they are to bring up what happened that night! I think I'll send a bottle of wine to Trick though with an apology note. I feel horrible that he had to endure those events because I lost control of myself.
*music ques* Oh no.
*sings*
We are young, heartache to heartache we stand
No promises, no demands
Love is a battlefield
We are strong, no one can tell us we’re wrong
Searchin’ our hearts for so long, both of us knowing
Love is a battlefield
You’re beggin’ me to go, you’re makin’ me stay
Why do you hurt me so bad?
It would help me to know
Do I stand in your way, or am I the best thing you’ve had?
Believe me, believe me, I can’t tell you why
But I’m trapped by your love, and I’m chained to your side
*dances in her office chair, twirls around in it*
We are young, heartache to heartache we stand
No promises, no demands
Love is a battlefield
We are strong, no one can tell us we’re wrong
Searchin’ our hearts for so long, both of us knowing
Love is a battlefield
*hops up on the desk, dancing on top of it wildly, shakes her hair*
We’re losing control
Will you turn me away or touch me deep inside?
And before this gets old, will it still feel the same?
There’s no way this will die
But if we get much closer, I could lose control
And if your heart surrenders, you’ll need me to hold
We are young, heartache to heartache we stand
No promises, no demands
Love is a battlefield
*sinks to her knees on top of the desk, sings into the stapler like it's a microphone*
We are strong, no one can tell us we’re wrong
Searchin’ our hearts for so long, both of us knowing
Love is a battlefield
We are young, heartache to heartache we stand
No promises, no demands
Love is a battlefield
We are strong, no one can tell us we’re wrong
Searchin’ our hearts for so long, both of us knowing
Love is a battlefield
