Background info on your character:
You know how superheroes either have dead parents or a bad past, and then they suddenly... mysteriously find themselves with special abilities? If they weren't bitten by something, or if they didn't find something-- You get the picture! Anyway, these superheroes who [insert reason here] discovered that they could do something with their lives and take risks by saving mankind (!!!) develop an alter-ego. That's right, folks. Eva-Beatrice is a superhero and is the alter-ego of Eva Ushiromiya, second child of Kinzo Ushiromiya! Only, I'm just kidding because superheroes don't exist. (Where the hell am I going at?) While Eva Ushiromiya isn't... a superhero or even near the borders of being good, she did not like her childhood very much. Because of her repressed emotions, goals, what have you, Eva created another her who lived in her mindspace. This other Eva became the real Eva's only ally and support for everything. If Eva wanted advice, she would turn to this particular Eva, et cetera. And for the rest of the application, Eva-Beatrice will be referred to as "the other Eva" until further notice.
In Episode 3, the adults were faced with the riddle of the epitaph... again! (Well, that isn't new.) The four children of Kinzo believed that whoever found the gold would become the next head of the family. Of course, with everyone's overflowing greed (especially Eva's), their minds couldn't be stopped from solving it. Eva was most determined. Just when she was about to give up, the other Eva appeared and pushed her to do even more. The Eva who was created when the real Eva was still a child remained the same: power hungry and determined to become the Ushiromiya family's successor. So, that's what happened! After much internal conflict with the self, Eva Ushiromiya separated from the rest of the family and went on her own. She headed to Kinzo's study to search for books which could possibly help her solve the riddle. After much reading, she did! She found the village of gold and kyaa I can overthrow nii-san as head, et cetera.
Eva found the gold, and eventually left the room where she found it! But just as she was about to leave, there was a Rosa in her way. Blah blah, they talked about stuff and pointed guns at each other. Blah blah, they went back inside to check the gold, blah blah more talking. One of the things they talked about was how to split the gold. Of course, most of it would go to Eva since she was the one who solved the riddle first. Rosa made sure that she gets a decent amount of the gold too, and Krauss and Rudolf can just go crawl into a hole. Maybe. Eva did say though, that she planned on giving equal shares to her siblings. With Eva finding the gold and deeming herself as the next successor to the family, the other Eva who hoped for those things to happen was freed. The other Eva was suddenly surrounded with gold butterflies and a scene with the following events happened: "GOLD!" "I WILL TAKE YOU TO THE GOLDEN LAND!!" "WHO IS THAT? BEATRICE? ARE YOU GOING TO STEAL MY GOLD? I MUST DEFEAT BEATRICE!" "NO! YOU ARE THE BEATRICE!!" And then Eva was Beatrice. And while Eva-Beatrice was rejoicing, the Eva Ushiromiya in Rokkenjima was busy being sick and sleepy and kyaa Hideyoshi hold my hand •3• Needless to say, while Eva-Beatrice was out and about, the real Eva was down and losing consciousness.
As the Endless Witch, Eva-Beatrice's first task was to take care of the second twilight. She appeared as Eva Ushiromiya and approached Rosa and Maria who were at the rose garden place. She told Rosa that she wanted to talk about the gold, and how the gold will all be hers. Rosa had no share in it, whatsoever. She eventually revealed herself as the new Beatrice, and started the second twilight. She killed Rosa once, then another time, and then another. Needless to say, Eva-Beatrice was cruel much like her predecessor, possibly even crueler. She only seemed extremely wild though because she made use of her Endless Magic to revive Rosa and then kill her again. She had many ideas on how to kill her former sister, and at the same time, she was testing what kinds of things she could come up with as the new Endless Witch.
After three tries of killing Rosa, Beato appears and tells her that she should kill with more grace. Beato told Eva-Beatrice to watch what she was doing and learn from her, then she gave Maria and Rosa (whom she revived... again) quick deaths. Nothing as brutal as what Eva-Beatrice had done, but she did it. Beato told the seven stakes as well as Ronove, who were furniture she passed onto Eva, to kill gracefully as well. When Beato and the furniture disappeared, Eva thought to herself how boring that was, and disappeared into thin air as well. The real, adult Eva Ushiromiya awakens from a nightmare where a witch had gone and killed Rosa and Maria with utmost cruelty.
When the rest of the Ushiromiya family (and Dr. Nanjo) discover Rosa and Maria's body, they all start suspecting each other again. After much speculation though, they realize that what they should be doing is to trust each other instead. The arguments were short-lived, and the attention then focuses on Eva who was still weak at that time. Eva-Beatrice and Eva have a conversation then, with Eva-Beatrice proclaiming that she was the one who committed the most recent murders. Eva replies, shocked, and says that the gold was a lot and could be shared with even just Rosa. Eva-Beatrice though, claims that the gold only exists for the head of the Ushiromiya family. She even says that she will go through with the rest of the murders because her powers won't be complete if she doesn't. Eva persuades Eva-Beatrice to stop, but to no avail. Eva suddenly feels sick again, and Eva-Beatrice tells her that she's like that because of the power that Eva-Beatrice has yet to fully master. And until the revival of the Endless Witch, the weak condition will stay.
Eva-Beatrice reappears in Kinzo's mansion after Kyrie, Rudolf and Hideyoshi arrive there to get some more food and supplies. She traps the three of them there so she can prepare for the third to fifth twilight. She called forth two of the stakes to do the work for her, after receiving advice from Ronove. She was also advised not to show herself because it could prove to be dangerous, but she showed herself anyway. Rudolf was the first to see her, and threatened to shoot her after a short conversation. Eva-Beatrice did not flinch though, and continued to stand tall and proud. Belphegor, the stake who was around at that time, made sure to defend Eva-Beatrice and do the job she was tasked to do at the same time. Then came the duel between Rudolf and Belphegor, which Rudolf won by shooting Belphegor straight in the chest. This sends Eva-Beatrice in disbelief because seriously, furniture. Seriously. Rudolf informs Eva-Beatrice that Belphegor took the shot because she was in shooting distance, and she would have been the one who lost if Belphegor didn't take the shot for her. That didn't move Eva-Beatrice one bit though. Instead, she summoned new furniture. It not only surprised Rudolf and Kyrie (who had already arrived at that hall at that time), but also Ronove who only came into the scene to tell Eva-Beatrice to retreat.
The witch was just full of surprises at that time, because after Kyrie had pulled the trigger on her, it didn't hit. It would have hit. It should have. Because witches are weak to weapons such as guns. Only extremely strong magic could repel such attacks to a witch, and that was what it was-- magic that surpassed Beato's. Aside from two new furniture, Eva-Beatrice created a bullet-proof barrier around her. Upon summoning the Siesta Sisters, Beatrice's new furniture, she ordered them to bring Rudolf and Kyrie back for some delicious and brutal deaths. And those two got the job done. The witch's orders had been fulfilled. The fourth and fifth twilights were yet to be fulfilled.
Beato appears again and reminds Eva-Beatrice about what she told her near the end of the second twilight. Eva-Beatrice learns more about the game Battler and Beato play. She asks more questions about the game but notes that the entire game has nothing to do with her, because the game of the world, and the world of Rokkenjima that she was on would never cross. She then states that she will do as she pleases, and will continue the ceremony out of good will towards Beato, but that was that. She separated herself from her predecessor and turned all further events into her own. She sends Beato off with utmost respect in the form of threat. After which, she continued the game by playing with Rudolf and Kyrie's lives by reviving them again and again after different form of deaths. It is then that Hideyoshi appears and slaps her senseless. Boy, this episode is sure full of slaps. No matter how touching Hideyoshi's words were, it never reached the witch. She just grew impatient and killed Hideyoshi, even saying that she wouldn't have killed him but he was persistent and deserved it. He then became the sacrifice for the sixth twilight. She then grew bored, and decided to go along with the rules of the ceremony instead.
Moments later, Eva-Beatrice declares Natsuhi and Krauss to be the next sacrifices. Eva Ushiromiya and Eva-Beatrice have another talk again in the real Eva's mindspace, with the witch trying to force the guilt onto Eva, blaming her for the death of her family members and most especially her husband's. Eva says that she regrets ever creating another her. The witch responds by separating herself officially from Eva Ushiromiya, no longer considering her to be part of Eva Ushiromiya and leaves. Eva wakes up from the nap she unwillingly took and went out of the room which kept herself, Krauss and Natsuhi together. Of course, this created an opening for Eva-Beatrice to conduct the next two twilights. And it was successfully conducted.
Meanwhile, in the Ushiromiya mansion, Beato was helping George create miracles out of magic. It was a very touching scene, with George reuniting with Shannon and-- oh. Guuuuys, Shannon is dead again. George is dead too. And surprise, surprise! Even Beato was made a target! Virgilia wasn't too late to save her though, and died in the process. The current Endless Witch never knew though, and had always thought that it was her predecessor whom she killed, not her predecessor's predecessor. It's... obvious who the antagonist here is! Obviously not Beato. Obviously not Virgilia. Obviously not Battler. Ja ja ja~n, it's Eva-Beatrice!
Eventually, Eva-Beatrice moves on to her next target, Dr. Nanjo, who at that time was with Jessica in a separate room from Eva and Battler. When Nanjo was killed, she planned on Jessica to be the next, but Beato had to interfere again. She ordered the Siesta Sisters to kill Beato repeatedly but because of Beato's will, she refused to die. Eva-Beatrice grew impatient, and eventually grew anxious because no matter what happened, Beato's heart still kept beating. Eventually, things go not as planned, and the Battler in the Meta World summons Eva-Beatrice into that world too and declares her as his opponent, and not Beato. It is then Battler tries to battle it out with Eva-Beatrice that she is not a witch; she is his aunt Eva Ushiromiya, who is just pretending to be a witch. Then she learns of the rules of the game. But all of a sudden, she finds herself on a mysterious island.
Eva-Beatrice remains child-like and childish even though she aged as much as Eva Ushiromiya, mostly because Eva discarded her other self when she became an adult. Still, Eva-Beatrice continued to grow, hidden in Eva's psyche. She grew more dreams and aspirations. Becoming the head of the Ushiromiya family, finding the gold, making sure she was on top and not Krauss, and becoming a witch. Basically, she separated from Eva Ushiromiya and became her own identity. They were one and the same, Eva and Eva-Beatrice, but they were entirely different too.
Eva-Beatrice has child-like eagerness in her which can be considered quite extreme. She's always into trying new things, and one of the new things she's especially excited about is the use of Beatrice's Endless Magic. She tries to display her new abilities as often as she can, even when it really isn't needed. Just like a kid a kid with a bunch of new toys, she plays with the toys one at a time, though restless while doing it. She wants to see how far her powers can get her, and what the limit is to her Endless Magic, which is why she can be considered even more cruel than the former Beatrice, Beato.
She also tries to bring out the fun in everything, and considers things which destroy her excitement to be boring. Fun, in her case, are the brutal deaths of her family members or just those who attempt to get in her way. As long as there's a chance for her to be cruel and magical, then it's fun. If it isn't, or if things don't go just as planned, she falls into a bit of a tantrum and just goes "boooriiiingggg" and brings her inner bitch out to make sure her thoughts get heard.
With someone facing her, she acts as cruel and as sly as she possibly can. Her mouth is as quick to insult as the human Eva Ushiromiya would. She can come up with the most snide remarks you've ever heard. In short, if she doesn't like you, she'll make sure you know it. Her high and mighty attitude definitely packs a punch. Of course, everything she says is rooted from her selfishness, or rather, Eva Ushiromiya's selfishness. She was born out of Eva Ushiromiya's greed, and she definitely displays a lot of greed in everything she does. If you get in her way, she will destroy you. If you betray her the slightest bit, she will destroy you. Everything has to go according to her plan. Everything has to benefit her.
If you turn your back on her though, her tongue becomes even sharper and she will spout words which are even harsher. It's not because she thinks of how the other person feels, but rather, she thinks of how good it will make her look, if she says it at the wrong time. This side of her is usually seen when Beato isn't around. Since Beato always tells her that what she's doing as the Golden Witch is wrong, she takes it as something against her even though Beato's intentions were to help her. Eva-Beatrice is always right, and if someone tries to prove her otherwise, then all she'll have to do is get rid of them, right? And she doesn't even keep her thoughts to herself on who she hates and who she likes. She uses her words carefully though, which is why she's a sly and selfish little bitch. She may say that you're kind and thank you for all the help you give her, but she'll talk trash behind you back because everything you tell her comes as something bad to her. She doesn't need anyone's help.
Basically, she's just a big brat turned into a witch by her own greed.
