Internews Network seeks the following positions for new
3-year USAID-funded media development project:

Grants Manager is the direct liaison with subgrantees. The GM will ensure projects are being implemented, review and compile reports, maintain all subgrantee information. S/he will assist with annual workplan and other relevant reports and actions as needed.

Communications/M&E Manager will manage annual monitoring & evaluation, track & organize data - including examples of program impact - for reports. S/he will work closely with partners to articulate program success to external audiences such as donors, media and other stakeholders in media development, using project website, press releases, success stories, newsletters, etc.

Program Officer will play support role on the management team, with strong potential for growth. The PO will work closely with Deputy Chief of Party, providing oversight, guidance and mentoring to partner organizations. S/he will know & understand Ukraine’s media industry, its challenges and successes, and help ensure that partners/subgrantees have strategies and resources to meet challenges. The PO will also work extensively on monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that the PMEP is well designed and implemented. S/he will be given increased management responsibility during implementation and is expected to be part of the senior management team.
