Merry Christmas, everyone!
I hope everyone had a great day and got everything you wished for, as well as lots of time spent with loved ones!
My Christmas has been great. I was so happy to get, among other things, "North & South" on DVD! Yay!! And the third season of "Gilmore Girls" - my favourite season! Ah, how I love Rory and Jess - and Dave is in this season too. :D
It's so different having Christmas on a Sunday, although it makes sense. My family opened up our stockings, then went to church, and then we opened our presents afterwards, which was fun. The service was nice - it went through the Christmas story showing what the different people gave to Jesus - i.e. Mary gave her wonder and awe of God, Joseph gave his gift of obedience, and the wise men gave their material gifts, etc. It was really well done, and at the end, everyone wrote down what his/her birthday gift to Jesus would be.
