Nah, I don't mind. I just kept getting tons of "I don't like it" comments to my recent that rarely had nothing to contribute, and some people were just being downright rude. I ended up deleting my most recent post (for this outfit) two and a half weeks after posting it because I just kept getting snarky-ass comments every other day about my outfit and I was just tired of it. Like, I get that my style isn't going to please everyone, but when it gets to a point that I have like, fifteen comments and 99% of them say "I don't like it," then I don't get why people feel the need to add more wood to the fire. So I left. :| It would have been one thing if people had avoided commenting because they didn't like it, or were acting like decent human beings about it, but they were just being childish.

Same basic thing happened to my fiancée over on thequestionclub, though, which is the interesting thing.

I hate that SO much! I prefer fashion that is on the alternative side like yours and in that community it's like 99%+ of the people in it like ONE kind of fashion and stick their noses up at anything unique and it's frustrating.

And I completely agree! At that point people are just saying they don't like it to be rude or feel like they fit in. I actually love that outfit. I seriously just love your style so, so much!

Sucks about your fiancée's experience with TQC too. LiveJournal is just filled with catty assholes I guess.

Ugh, and it makes me feel kinda crappy that I had to resort to leaving too, because I totally think everyone's entitled to their own opinions, but when I have people literally leave comments saying "Ahahaha, what", or, "blarg I don't like anything", I just throw my hands up in the air sometimes saying ayoo, gotta let go.

But thank you; I'm glad to be assured that I'm not actually just batshit insane!

Yeah, I hear from a couple of friends of mine that there's been just a huge increase of beehive mentality, and a very negative mentality at that. I don't get it. D:
