As a computer guy (I even have a business card that says so), I have a couple uncomplimentary acronyms and phrases I can bandy about, under the guise of technicalese.

I'm sure the military (the_air_man, I'm looking at you) have more than a mouthful of letters for... less formal application.

But man. Doctors.
