[ MANDALUS ] EVENT PLANS
Sam Flynn will be in the Venice District. Asides from being a little concerned about his project he's got going on below his dad's arcade and hoping it won't be found out/broken into, he'll be focused on helping to get the power back up and running. Since he's done the whole "Mission Impossible" bit of sneaking into places and messing with technology, he'll volunteer for any on-field work of that nature!
Romanadvoratrelundar will be in the Old Town District. Seeing as she is a Time Lord who's race has more or less nearly put a monopoly on Time Travel, not to mention she tends to mess around with alien technology on a regular basis, she'll also offer to help with getting the power back. She's more than willing to work with others but when she's in her zone she tends to be a little tetchy if only because she has to remind herself she is the alien around these parts and that Time Lord ego is no stranger to her.
Hanasaki Tsubomi will be in the Business District. While my other two are all about the tech, Tsubomi will be focused on saving people and protecting them. Her ability to transform into Cure Blossom will have returned by then so she will be doing everything she can to help. This includes going on little missions to acquire materials and anything needed for the people of this group who can't venture out without risking getting injured or caught up in the struggles.
