~Miscellany~
-I've eaten some manifestation of ramen 4 times in the last 3 days. Help. Though it's only because our freezer/refrigerator have been acting funky lately and we didn't trust buying anything and putting it in there. Not really conducive to my summer "diet" I've been attempting, but I have managed to lose 4 pounds in the last couple of weeks.
-I've been listening to way too much Bollywood music lately, particularly the selections from Devdas that Meryl and Charlie skated to. (I would also recommend Nimbooda by Aishwarya Rai). It's taking me back to the time last year when I was super obsessed with Indian culture and thought I was Hindu. I would buy kurti shirts online and read the Bhagavad Gita all day. I don't know; I'm a weird kid.
-John Cho is really cute. Like, amazingly cute.
-I was extremely disappointed last week, because I had been greatly anticipating Skate Detroit for two of my favorite skaters, the lovely Alissa Czisny and Eliot Halverson. And guess what? They both dropped out. >.> Not that I blame either of them at all (Eliot is still struggling with his back..) but I was really hoping there might be videos of new programs!
-I'm about to give up on Korean. Keeping up with French is hard enough, and I don't even like it that much. :(
-Being a zoological veterinarian feels like my calling in life, but I can't get over the feeling I'm not smart or capable enough for a career like that. Like I wouldn't be able to handle the pressure/have enough patience/be successful in everything leading up to that, or even be able to find a job because there's probably < 100 zoo vets in the entire country.
-I really want to move to Canada.
