I really enjoyed this fic. The ending was quite fascinating and cryptic - with John and Paul together peacefully watching others run the same road. Maybe I need to read it again. :-)

I like your idea of Paul working the streets and John meeting him there, but since I wrote a fic with that in it as well, I'm probably biased. :-)

Also, see, this is why I'm glad I asked first (; I wouldn't want this to seem like a rip off of anyone. There are several minor details that may or may not vary from everyone else's idea, but its always good to have a heads up that "careful, this is not the first time its been done"

You definitely wouldn't be ripping off my story. I just thought it was funny that anyone would think to put that into a story, besides crazy me. I hope you write it, because I'll be curious where you go with it.
