It never fails to piss me off when people use THE CHYLDRUNS as an excuse to discriminate against gay people. This classic gem comes courtesy of Rand Paul, the Republican Tea Party candidate for the Kentucky Senate.

Heaven forbid we teach kids that gay people exist and you know, learn how to better get along with them so we don't continue to have incidents like this story here where some 14-year-old got beaten up by 16-18-year-olds because they perceived him to be gay. Or the recent spate of suicides caused by such bullying behavior. Seriously, Mr. Paul. Fuck you, asshole.
