Note to fanfic writers.....

Thank heavens, I have yet to see anyone on my flist do this. But I've seen it too often lately to let it pass.

Potions are kept in VIALS, not VILES.

'Vile' means 'nasty, disgusting, horrible, repulsive'.
'Vial' means 'a small receptacle, usually glass, in which liquid is kept'.

There's a distinct difference!!!
