The Mirror reported it, and I was skeptical. We just had a big rumor before, and it was debunked. Couldn't be, I thought. Just the same old thing happening again.
The Mary Sue reported it, and I wondered. They're usually careful about these things. They cited a Radio Times source -- definitely more credible than the Mirror. But this has happened so many times before.....
Then the BBC got into the act.

Watling and Frazer Hines are "helping the BBC to launch the newly found Doctor Who episodes" on Thursday.

Troughton episodes. Maybe Hartnell episodes too, but Troughton episodes. At least one, an unseen episode with my favorite Doctor, and probably involving Jamie and Victoria. I've been waiting for them to find more Troughton episodes since approximately 1997. I can't. All cans have left the building. CAN IT BE THURSDAY YET. :D
