Uh...
So I kind of signed up for
intoabar.
*PANICS* Only 500 words, only 500 words, only 500 words....
humansrsuperior has done it again. Twice, in fact. I was watching her Sherlock vid Hello (gen, PG, spoilers for everything, truly amazing) over and over again, and suddenly saw that she'd made another Sherlock vid -- one devoted to Sherlock's coat. *LOLS FOREVER*
Speaking of Sherlock, this bit of art by
luluxa tickles me pink. In a manner of speaking. Why are so many fan artists so, so, SO GOOD.
NCIS and NCIS:LA have started again! "Spider and the Fly" didn't make me as profoundly annoyed as the Season Seven opener, but I'm not sure whether I like how so many people now know what Gibbs did. Especially Abby. D: And Vance. BUT they all survived, and we got some hilarious scenes between Franks and Daddy Gibbs (and the unspoken rule!~), so that was good. As for "Human Traffic", why didn't we get to actually SEE G slowly driving Sam insane? Dekes I'm not sold on -- they kept woobifying him -- but eh, we'll see what happens. Also, did I ever mention Hetty's awesomeness. Because she is very, very awesome.
As to Bleach... it took me a while to write this out, because the spoilers for Chapter 420 basically knocked me for a loop. I mean, where to even start? Ichigo finally PAYING ATTENTION and realizing that Tensaki could easily kill him or avoid him and the fact that they're still fighting means something? Tensaki crying (wait WHAT)!? "What I wanted to protect... was you, Ichigo" (yeah, called that one, hands up if you did too... although that bit of dialog was way more schmoopy than I thought a conversation between either of them could get, and when the chapter was finally released it turned out the art was too)? Ichigo turning into Zangetsu??? (AHAHA I KNEW HE WAS CHANNELING HIS ZANPAKUTOU'S GRIM STARES AND FIGHTING STYLE FOR THE LAST FEW CHAPTERS. Although I'd have liked to see him turn into one of his sword's established forms instead of taking on a new one. What's with the mask. Is it to hide the beard. IS IT.)
And:
To complete the final Getsuga Tensho, Ichigo has to lose his powers.
Wait. That's not just another transformation. That's huge. "Lose" as in "cede control of" or actually LOSE for GOOD? Is that what Isshin went through with Engetsu? (Though Engetsu apparently came back, and Rukia got her powers back after Ichigo absorbed all of them and then Byakuya destroyed them to get them out of him, so maybe Zangetsu won't be gone forever?) I almost understand why Tensaki would let go like that. This might be the last thing he's able to do for Ichigo for a long time.
People on bleach_asylum suggested that Mugetsu is the name of a new form for Ichigo's zanpakutou rather than the name of the technique, or that when Ichigo gets his powers back, they won't be the same ones. Um. Can Zangetsu and TZ not be killed off entirely plz. And I suppose Shirosaki too, darnit. :{
..There have to be ZangetsuTenzaZShirosakiUberhollowIchigo vids to 'Black Hole Sun' now. Someone make this happen.
