(no subject)
Going through my sketch folder this morning, I found a couple of panels from a Sixth Doctor and Ace comic whose existence and storyline I'd completely forgotten. *facepalm*
Ace and Six! I wish I could remember who they were trying to rescue.~
Here too is a really quick thumbnail of the Eleventh Doctor and Amy.... sorta.
For some reason I find Eleven very easy to draw, or at least to get recognizable, but Amy almost impossible. Haven't even tried poor Rory. *sigh* Oh, character design.
There, from about two weeks ago, was also a rather good (though very lightly sketched) one of Zangetsu without his glasses.
Actually I'll probably finish this one someday. I had a very clear picture in my head when starting it, and am afraid to go over the lines without Photoshop.
Also, from last year or thereabouts, an unfinished action scene Young Snape and McGonagall in the last wizarding war:
There are numerous issues here, not least difficulty drawing noses and designing clothing without image references. I think I might be able to redraw it now -- when I get to it.
And here's a kid whom I distinctly remember was supposed to be Tristan of Hed:
..okay, she's a bit adorable. I always had a soft spot for fierce little Tristan. But Lyra and Raederle were in the picture too, and their faces just wouldn't coalesce.
Last but not least, Hitsugaya and Hyourinmaru, which is zangetsugirl's fault for making me notice them in the first place, and might even be cute if you didn't know what the characters were really supposed to look like.
ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.~ Tabled for many, many reasons, including dragon-coil anatomy fail and being unable to figure out how to draw Hitsugaya's hair. His face is off too. This is another one that'll take either lots of Photoshop or a complete redraw.
So now you know where 60% of my art attempts end up: half-done in a stack of stuff that didn't quite work. XD
Whatever's wrong with my computer must be a this-unit-only-works-in-the-early-hours virus or something, because it's working now and the Big Bang picspam review is almost done. *goes off to finish it*
