..well, what do you know? Spock's hair (in TOS, at least) is brown!! A burnt, slatey brown, but the fact is indubitable.

What my car looked like the day before the really big snowfall.
The next day: preliminary survey of the terrain.
The excavation reveals a taillight and the back window.
The left side, hood, and trunk are clear.
The right side, however, is not.
The roof is revealed.
Success -- driving it out backwards did the trick!
Car-shaped hole in the snowbank in front of the house.
Bonus: our snowy back porch.
Today's Excavation Project is not complete because it's so cold I kept going back into the house to warm up. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.
