[Well, the last few days had been interesting, to say the least.  Unfortunately, Kira wasn't quite sure what to think about what had occurred, other than two very distinct thoughts:  "What in the world, I'm married!" and "Okay, why do I not feel disgusted having kissed Shiki?"  The last was probably more disconcerting than the first, considering

*Alice comes to the park to get some peace and quiet from her noisy household. After the event her own thoughts have been a bit scattered as well but after speaking to Shiki she feels much more confident about his feelings towards her and her own.

She'll sigh lightly seeing her spot has been taken by another. Is she crying as well? Alice isn't one to meddle in other people's business so she'll try to walk past Kira. Granted, she isn't doing anything to disguise her footsteps either so she's bound to startle Kira unintentionally.*

[And it will startle her a bit. Kira glances up, but as she has no idea who this is, she sort of just gives the girl a faint smile as if to be polite.]

[Kira doesn't seem to mind. She's learned not everyone in Mayfield is always the most pleasant.]
