The Korean entertainment industry, particularly SM Entertainment, is really harsh on their idols. Sometimes when I see how tired everyone looks despite all the smiles, I get really scared that something like what happened to Hangeng would happen all over again. I think you captured the feelings really well *sniffles* Is this your first fanfic? It's very well written.

i really hope that hangeng's case was a special one, because i can't bear to imagine what it'd be like for the other members. and considering heechul's recent twitter rant, i would really like to believe that sm is fair towards their idols. i'll always be doubtful though :/

this isn't my first fanfic, but one of my first! this was mainly for character experimentation, as you can see XD thanks for the comment!

haha honestly, most of the artists i listen to are sm because i'm too lazy to really get into many others XD but some of the yg artists are good too \o/

i agree D: but if we're talking about the maknaes, princekyu.net has his schedule at the bottom of their page, and if that's anywhere near accurate, kyu shouldn't be too overworked :D i haven't looked into any of the others' schedules though XD

Uwah, that was so sad D: And what makes it kinda scary is how realistic it could be with idols collapsing left and right (though thankfully not too often) from working much too hard. Our dear boys need their rest :( Love the KRY interaction, and this was gorgeously written as always!

yeah it is so realistic, but i'm glad no one has collapsed as of late :D except for onew, god, i worry for that boy sometimes..

Kyuhyun sings softly-his voice is hoarse and he’s a little flat, but it’s okay, because he’s weak and tired and dammit, they’re all weak and tired. --> being stretched that thin is something i really they don't have to go through too often (although i'm pretty sure it happens D:)

i always wonder how much the idols had/have to give up in order to go after their dream of singing - and the ironic thing is, quite a few of them initially don't even have singing in mind; rather then just want to be a part of the entertainment industry.

some of their schedules are crazy. i have no idea how leeteuk and eunhyuk do it honestly, with kiss the radio, strong heart, ss3, and any other shows they're on. i was pretty worried for kyu in december actually, because he had ss3, the musical, sm the ballad, year-end specials, awards

yeah i really don't think sm is as terrible as everyone says they are, because if that's the case, no one would ever join them, and everyone would leave. and plus heechul had that huge rant on twitter a while back, telling people off for saying bad things about sm when they don't even know the whole story, haha. so if there's anyone to trust, i would trust heechul, because he doesn't lie.
