*Toji continues to laugh and clap merrily. He is really into this. After a moment he seems to realize he is blocking the hallway and moves his wheelchair to the wall where he continues to watch and clap along to the music.*

It's the Lunar New Year. Traditionally, this dance is done this time of year to drive off evil spirits.
