First of all, *wibble*. Poor Hermione. I also thought Harry's reaction was very close to how he would have reacted in canon...sad for her, but a little excited to be able to share something with some one.

Second, a question. Do you find these 15 minute fic exercises helpful for your writing? I am looking to enhance my ability, because right now I can only write in drips and drabs when the mood hits me, otherwise I have complete writer's block. I have thought about doing this 15 minute fic thing before, but never actually started. Do you think it would be beneficial?

Believe it or not, I do find them helpful. Of course, I'm only 15, and I have been writing a while. I wrote some poems over a year ago..

I'm not the first person who is a H/Hr shipper to have done these, as the person who introduced me to the community is one.. However, 2/3 of mine have been H/Hr, and the other 1/3 was Ron/Luna, and hers just turned out R/Hr, but it was still a good read.

Plus, I always enjoy being given a word and writing about that. It's easier in some ways because you don't have to come up with the whole thing yourself, you're kinda given a starting point.
