Short update cuz my SXSW one is gonna be a lil long.
Sis is in town until next Thursday, so yea for that. I forgot about it a couple a weeks ago when I picked up 2 extra shifts between now & then, but she's driving to N.O. for the weekend to do some research for her architectural thesis next year. Talk about early planning.
SXSW was a blast as usual. Thinking about going for the entire week next year so I can peruse the music scene as well. Of course, that means saving up about $800 for both passes. Altho the bands usually have free shows during the day, so I could just go to those.
Upon looking at movies out in theaters now, man there's not a lot I've missed lately. The only decent ones look like 16 Blocks and The Libertine (until V for Vendetta, that is).
