#10 - 2 Texture Sets
Hello my dear watchers,
I am in a high, experimenting mood recently, I come up with something different from what I usually do everday, and I think it is a really good thing. I was experimenting with colouring and cropping on fashion icons this past week and I already have around 40 icons to share, but I won't update with those yet, because I still would like to experiment with stock and post a bigger icon batch than I usually do. Also, I have a collaboration in the process with May mayush17 and two other collaborations are planned as well, but I will keep those as a secret for now, all I can say that both ladies are very talented. =)
So anyway moving on to the subject of today's update:
Yesterday I was kind of bored, so I opened up my Photoshop and opened a 100*100 document and filled it with a random colour, and started to add shapes and then I blended different stock images on to the working space and I realised I am making something very different from my usualy style. The outcome is certainly interesting, something I still need to experiment using, but they were fun to make. I am also posting a set of experimental lightning textures. I could never figure it out how our talented resource artists do these kind of lights, but finally after trying every blend mode I had in mind, I succeeded, so yay.
Opinions, comments are most loved, also texture ideas are welcome as well.
