I'd post the calendar page at the GAMH webpage but it seems to be down. That or my protowall software's blocking it. Don't think so though.
Should be great. It'll be nice to see Cyril play again (haven't seen him since the last tours of the Flamin' Groovies of the late eighties). Updates l8r. Oh and last I checked the ever-powerful Clem Burke's still playing drums for the Romantics.
Update: Not Clem. I left early cos the Romantics are OK - but with Clem they would have been great. Last time I saw Clem he was kicking ass and taking names with the Plimsouls. If one of you saw him during the recent Blondie reunions let me know what you thought.
Magic Christian put on a hell of a first show, just stormin'.After a decade or so offstage it's just a wonderful thing to see Cyril really enjoying himself and kicking ass. I've never seen Cyril look so happy and loose on stage. No Groovies standards though. Got to meet Cyril and Alec after the show and they were great. Prairie is always a pleasure to hear being one of the area's foremost drummers. And he obviously ain't doing it for the money. Some ace stuff. They play again at the Bottom of the Hill June 21st. I'll be there. Hope some of you will too.
