I'm dribbling it out in bits & pieces (I seem to be working on about 4 fics at once right now). It's so far leaning more toward Scully than Mulder, but we'll see where it goes.

Love the way you got Caldwell/Skinner figured out. And I'm guessing Skinner warned Caldwell not to let Mulder near Hermiod?

Heh.

I think word trickled down to Caldwell (maybe from his cousin) that Mulder has a "little gray men" obsession and that made Caldwell all the more paranoid about Mulder.
I don't think Caldwell can tell his cousin what he does for the USAF, or about Hermiod.
