I'm just in one of those good moods right now. I got a lot of stuff done around the domicile. I folded laundry, worked on my furniture arrangement, did the dishes, and basically cleaned the entire kitchen. I rewarded myself by smoking two bowls, then I drank two cups of coffee. Basically, I'm in a weird state where I'm coming down from the high, but I'm still wide awake.
I talked to neighbor Nick today. He asked me if it was cool if they had a party on Halloween night, and that I could stop by along with the usual people I'm always with. I told him it was ok with me, because:
1) Halloween is a Monday, meaning I won't have to get up until 12:30 the next day.
2) We always socialize on Monday anyway, or at least it seems like it.
Shit, I knew this would happen. I finally have a reason to get a decent Halloween costume, and I have very little money left in my account. This always happens in October, what with the three birthdays and all. I'm sure I can budget enough to spend some money on a good costume, and if not, who the fuck cares?
The real reason I'm not going to sleep, though, is homework. I have to read about 20 pages in my English textbook, specifically Edgar Allen Poe. I've decided I like Poe. Very disturbing. So, it won't be much of a chore.
