Ah. The lost bird, not quite as lost any longer?

Found, and yet cast adrift. Yes.

Benefit of the doubt, my friend. I am sure we shall get along just fine. If not, there are ways of putting one in their place. Worry not.

Hmm. Or perhaps he knows, deep down, but fears it is beyond his reach. What we desire most can be the one thing that ever eludes us, in one way of the other.

[laughs] Oh, believe me, I have experience with setting men straight. I grew up with six very vexing older brothers.

[smiles, squeezes Tia's hand] ...Hannon le, elvellon. I am fortunate to have made such a friend in this unlikely place.

[OOC: = thank you, elf friend. AW! Galadriel appreciates the gesture. She loves Tia, too. :)]

Ah, that is no small aspiration, nor one to be wished for lightly. It is a grand and tempting thought, but I think we both know of the burdens that lie beneath the surface of eternal life...

[chuckles fondly] Oh, yes. They were two handfuls of trouble, and the brunt of their foolish tricks often fell upon me. Hence why I learned early on to fend for myself, with words and, admittably, sometimes with fists as well.

...What bittersweet parting it shall be if we ever find our way back to where we belong.

[OOC: I know, they're so sweet. :)]
