‘An apology isn’t going to make my condition any better.’
‘But I healed that already.’
‘Obviously, you didn’t do a good enough job, Sakura.’

‘Shikamaru, if you want another massage, all you have to do is ask.’

‘… My back still hurts, y’know…’

The man was sleeping.
Some might call it dishonourable, but that was how ninjas play.
Silent, sneaky, sly.
His shadow stretched, and proceeded to merge with the target’s; he turned, and gave her the signal to continue.
She nodded, and crept towards the target. She took a deep breath, as her palm gave out a freakish glow.
Slowly, almost gracefully, her hand inputted chakra into the man’s neck.
Hands meant to help were now used for a completely different purpose- he understood how she felt.
Her hand lingered for a while- lifeless, she assured; mission accomplished.
Their first kill together.
