After years of fangirling over the stereotypical pretty boys, it feels weird now that I like the rougher, older type now.
I mean, seriously, the guys in Rammstein are old enough to have fathered me. BUT UNF.
I'm also finding I like the 'men at work' trope. Seriously, guys in hard working jobs, like firemen, etc. (Trying so hard not to reference a certain RE character here...)
Also I saw Priest today. Karl Urban pretty much saved it. He was sexy and, related to this post, rough looking. Ohhh yummy. And was enjoying his performance, you could totally tell. xD
Also, I get Rebecca Black's Friday stuck in my head when I'm at work. WHY!?!?!!? I HATE THAT SONG!
Caught up with Kuroshitsuji today...the manga is so much better than the anime...Let me compare the two. The quality of one rises while the other declines:
Manga: Interesting story arcs that involve many side characters and always feel fresh. Really good character development.
Anime: LOOKIT ALL THE FANSERVICE LOOK AT CIEL AND SEBASTIAN OHHH SHIP TEASE SHIP TEASE NO CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT! SHOTAAAAAAA!
And yes, I'm still obsessed with Junji Ito's creepy as fuck manga. And Stephen King's stories as well. Time to have an Ito/King fest again soon. Just gotta remind myself not to eat anything beforehand. Hahaha, I told my mom about the snail chapter in Uzumaki and even she was weirded out, and she thought it was a DREAM I had! Can't wait to actually show her it...
